Portland City Council meeting (5-6-26)
The Portland City Council is scheduled to hold the first reading of the ordinance to approve PCL Allocation Committee funding decisions for a set of 12 small grants and an 8% increase to the three-year funding of current large grants for use in fiscal years 2027 and 2028.
