This public meeting of the Allocation Committee will be held in-person at the 1900 Building and virtually via Zoom.

- FY 2025 Audit Report: Auditors will present annual audit report and findings. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (5-10 min)
- Alternate grant policy and process for small grants: Staff will review potential policy to designate alternate(s) for PCL small grants, including conditions under which alternate grant(s) would be designated and criteria the Allocation Committee would use to select a small grants applicant as an alternate(s). Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment, vote. (60 min)
- Community Council membership update: Staff will review recent recruitment process and appointments of new members to PCL’s Community Council, and provide update and recognition of Community Council members who have completed a term of service. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (15 min).
- Other updates/announcements: Staff will provide updates on current projects including launching PCL grants annual reports in city WebGrants platform and steps underway for small grants improvement process report. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment (5 min)
