This public meeting of the Allocation Committee will be held in-person at the 1900 Building and virtually via Zoom.

- Small grants funding round update: Staff will review funding round status, including: preliminary data on applications received, scoring process, Community Council role, and next steps. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (10-15 min)
- Financial update: Staff will review the updated revenue forecast from the City economist projecting additional funds, and recommendations for next steps. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment, vote. (20 min)
- 2024-25 performance report: PCL grantees report annually on the number and demographics of people served, service level, participation, and program outcomes. Staff will present 2024-25 results and themes, along with trend data where applicable. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (30-45 min)
