This public meeting of the Allocation Committee will be held in-person at the 1900 Building and virtually via Zoom.

  • If you would like to provide public comment at the meeting, please sign up here at least 15 minutes before the start of the meeting. You will have 3 minutes to speak when called on to provide your comments.

  1. FY 2024 Audit Report: Auditors will present annual audit report and findings. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (5-10 min)
  2. Community Report Presentation: Staff will present the 2025 Community Report. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (10 min)
  3. Small Grants Funding Round: Staff will review information about the small grants fund and plans for moving forward with a new small grants funding round in FY 2025-26. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (5-10 min)
  4. Large Grant Funding Round: Staff will review details on City Council decisions to remand funding decisions and extend current grants for one year, next steps and draft timeframe for completing reconsideration process. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (15 min presentation; remainder for Committee questions, discussion, public comment)
