City Council approves $71 million in Portland Children’s Levy grants to support after school, mentoring and children’s programs
City Council on Wednesday unanimously approved $71 million in grants from the Portland Children’s Levy to support therapeutic services for foster youth, home visiting and parent education programs, school food pantries, after school music and sports programs and more.

Portland Children’s Levy large grant applications now open
Applications are due 11:59 p.m. PST Nov. 4, 2024. Applications will only be accepted through the WebGrants online application portal, and applicants must register for WebGrants by Oct. 21, 2024.
