Policy Change Proposal for Foster Care Grants:   Staff will outline a proposal to change eligibility requirements for children and families served in PCL-funded foster care programs.  Two foster care program grantee partners and a staff person from the Oregon Department of Human Services – Child Welfare will speak in support of the proposed change. Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment, and vote.  (20-30 min)

Large Grant Renewal Process and Timeline: Staff will provide an updated revenue forecast and details on the grant renewal recommendation process and timeline.  The Committee will vote on grant renewals at its April meeting.  Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (10-15 min)

2021-22 Performance Report:  PCL grantees report annually on the number and demographics of people served, service level, participation, and program outcomes. Staff will present 2021-22 results and themes.  Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment.  (20-30 min)

Community Council Update:  Staff will summarize the Council’s first meeting held Feb. 10, 2023.  Action: Committee questions, discussion, public comment. (5 min)
